RECRUITING: Does OU still lead for Ugoh?

The latest on big-time Houston offensive lineman Tony Ugoh

TONY UGOH, OL, 6'6, 287, 5.0 HOUSTON WESTFIELD, TEXAS:

JH: What are you up to now that football season is over?

"I am just lifting weights right now. Track season starts Monday and I will start throwing the discus."

JH: What is the latest in recruiting?

"This weekend I am going to Arizona, then next weekend I am going to Arkansas. My final visit will be to Florida State and I have already visited Oklahoma."

JH: What are your thoughts on the Sooners?

"I liked Oklahoma a whole late and felt the players were very down to earth and easy to get along with. I thought their facilities were outstanding and they are adding on and when I watched them practice I thought their coaches did a good job."

JH: Is early playing time a factor in your college decision?

"Yeah, that is kind of something I look at, but basically look for someplace I can play my redshirt freshman or sophomore year. That doesn't mean I don't want to play as a freshman, but that would be a bonus for me. So, sure I look for a place that might be able to use me early and that has become a factor for me."

JH: Last time we talked to you you said OU was the leader. Is that still the case?

"I camped at Oklahoma and Arkansas, but I am still considering all the schools on my list. I guess you could say I am leaning to OU, because that is the only school that I have visited thus far."
