RECRUITING: OU commit Miller changing his mind?

Killeen, Texas DT and Oklahoma commitment Roy Miller talks about his surprise visit to Texas.

Roy Miller, DT, 6-2, 300, 4.97 KILLEEN (SHOEMAKER HS), TEXAS:

JH: Now that football is over what are you getting into?

RM: "I am doing powerlifting. My training is going well, but we have not had a meet yet."

JH: Did you make the trip to Austin for the Texas/Texas A&M game?

RM: "I went to the Texas/Texas A&M game this weekend. It was an unofficial visit for me. I do plan to visit Texas official, but I haven't set a date at this time."

JH: Did you make the trip just to see a game, or did you go because you still have some interest in Texas?

RM: "It was a little bit of both. I have a little interest still in Texas and I my uncle had come to town, so I wanted to take him to a game and that game was available."

JH: Are you still committed to Oklahoma?

RM: "At this time I would say that it is a little soft. I don't really want to get into it, but there is a still a good chance that I am going to go to Oklahoma. I really don't know what I am going to do. I am just going to go through the recruiting process the right way and see what I think when that is over."

JH: Because you are from Texas is there pressure on you to go to the University of Texas?

RM: "No, there is not any pressure to go to Texas. I have just been doing some thinking lately especially about my academics. I want a degree in business management and I want to get into coaching. So, I want to look into the academic situation at both."
