Sooners 6th in recruiting rankings

SEATTLE, Dec. 20, 2004 - Michigan, Georgia, Ohio State, Virginia, and Tennessee head the early returns of Scout.com's Class of 2005 team football recruiting rankings, which the online network of college, professional and high school team sites debuted on Tuesday.

Scout.com's Team Recruiting Rankings include rankings for all 117 Division I-A football teams. The rankings include conference summary data and breakouts of the top classes by position. The rankings are sortable by such criteria as number of commitments, number of Scout.com Hot 100 members, five-star commitments, offensive commitments, defense commitments and more.

Team Rankings

The Scout.com rankings are updated at least daily, early morning, until national signing day, Feb. 2, 2005. The previous day's commitments and de-commitments are reflected in each team's revised rankings.
