Sooners still making a late run at Miller

Killeen, Texas DT says Roy Miller says he's still in contact with Sooners on eve of decision.

SAN ANTONIO — Killeen, Texas defensive tackle Roy Miller talks about his plans to commit during tomorrow's U.S. Army All-American Bowl, his telephone conversations with Oklahoma coach Jackie Shipp this week and his thoughts on Oklahoma during an exclusive interview.

DISCLAIMER: Despite this interview with Miller today, I still expect him to commit to Texas during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl tomorrow. Nonetheless, Miller's recruitment could perhaps just be heating up if he is indeed serious about Oklahoma being a factor again. Is there any chance tomorrow that you pick Oklahoma?

Miller: "I don't know. I've been talking to them lately." Talking to whom?

Miller: "Coach Shipp." When is the last time you talked to him?

Miller: "Last night." How did that conversation go?

Miller: "It went good. I kind of agreed to a home visit with them I guess." When is your home visit? Next week?

Miller: "Next week." Are you still going to make your decision tomorrow?

Miller: "Yeah." Could it be Oklahoma?

Miller: "I don't know. I mean I'm going to call and talk to Coach (Shipp) tonight." So is Oklahoma still in it?

Miller: "I don't know. We'll see. I really like them."
