RECRUTING: Georgia lineman adds another school

Atlanta, Ga. offensive lineman Duke Robinson update.

Duke Robinson, OL, 6-5, 325, 5.7, ATLANTA (WASHINGTON HS), GEORGIA:

JH: How big do you feel you are going to get in college?

DR: "I think once I get on a good weight program I will weigh 330 or so and be able to carry that weight well."

JH: How did your visit go to Arkansas?

DR: "It went pretty good. It was nice,I liked it. It went pretty well, I guess."

JH: Is Arkansas a contender now to sign you?

DR: "I would say they fit into the mix. I guess it is a three-way tie right now. I liked the visit pretty well."

JH: How is recruiting shaping up at this time?

DR: "I am going down the stretch considering three teams. I am going to talk things over with my family and my coaches and decide between Georgia, Oklahoma and Arkansas."

JH: Where does Oklahoma stand in your decision?

DR: "Oklahoma is coming out of this pretty good. They are at the top of my list. I really like them a lot. They are a great program and I have always liked them. There is a great chance that I will end up there."

JH: Your parents have always been behind you if you decide to leave home haven't they?

DR: "Yes, that has always been the case. My parents and coaches support me no matter what my decision is."

JH: How did you get the nickname Duke?

DR: "It came when I was little. One of my uncles was named Duke and for some reason people started calling me Duke. He played semi-pro baseball and got a tryout with the St. Louis Cardinals."

JH: What day are you going to announce?

DR: "I don't know the exact day, but I probably will announce my decision by the end of the week."

Editors note: As I was finishing my phone conversation with Duke, he told me that OU Head Coach Bob Stoops had just pulled up at the house.
