Terrance Anderson, 5-10, 161, 4.68, CB/ATH, HOUSTON (ALDINE HS), TEXAS:
JH: What have you been up to this summer?
TA: "I have been hitting the weight room as much as possible. I also went to a Texas A&M camp and worked at safety and cornerback. It was my decision to work on defense, but I will still be playing quarterback this year. This will be my last year to play quarterback."
JH: What is the latest in recruiting?
TA: "Nothing has really changed. The same colleges have been in touch with me, or I have been in touch with them. I am thinking hard about what to do, but it is the same schools involved."
JH: Who are those schools?
TA: "I am considering Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Utah and Wisconsin. I will pick a school among those five schools."
JH: Do you have a favorite at this time?
TA: "I really wouldn't say that I have a favorite. I would say that three schools are even — Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M."
JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?
TA: "Oklahoma is a great team and a great program. I am honored that OU has offered me because if you get offered by OU then you are one of the best players in the country. They only offer the top athletes, and right now they are getting the best athletes in the country. Only USC had a better team last year, but OU is right there with them."
JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma State?
TA: "They have a young, aggressive coaching staff that is working hard to make Oklahoma State a great team. They have good talent and they are getting better every game. They are an up and coming team and they have good young talent on their roster. I think they are a program that can give anybody a run for their money."
JH: And Texas A&M?
TA: "They are about the same as Oklahoma State in that they have a young team and a good coach staff. I met their coaching staff recently and Coach Franchione and his staff have it going. Texas A&M is young and they are headed in the right direction, and all three schools have great academics. That is what I am most concerned about anyway and the academics at all three schools are good."
JH: When do you feel you will make a decision?
TA: "I am still weighing my options. I will know when I am ready and right now I am still thinking things over."
