RECRUITING: New Jersey RB visits Norman

Middletown, N.J. running back Knowshon Moreno update.

Knowshon Moreno, RB, 5-11, 205, 4.55. MIDDLETOWN (SOUTH HS), NEW JERSEY:

(We caught up with Knowshon as he was sitting on a plane waiting for it to take off.)

JH: What did you think about your visit to Oklahoma this weekend?

KM: "It was pretty nice. I had a fun time. Everybody was nice and I had a good visit."

JH: What did you learn about Oklahoma that you didn't know before?

KM: "I just have never been to Oklahoma before, so it was just a good experience to get down there and find out what it was like. It was a good campus, I guess that is the new thing that I learned."

JH: What did you learn about the football program itself?

KM: "The campus and the stadium are great. Also, I enjoyed dealing with the coaches and players."

JH: Did you get a chance to meet any of the fans or the people from the state of Oklahoma?

KM: "The people of Oklahoma are nice. I only got a chance to talk to the people at the game and around campus, but all those people were nice. I could see myself playing there."

JH: Did you pay attention to the run game and try to see how you might fit into that style of offense?

KM: "It was a good game. They did things pretty well, but it didn't turn out how they really wanted it to. I could see myself playing in that offense."

JH: Did the visit change anything concerning your recruiting at this time?

KM: "Everything is still the same. I still have other schools I have to see and we will see how it goes."

JH: What other schools are you considering and have you set up any other visits?

KM: "Georgia maybe and a few others ones along with Oklahoma. I am just going to talk it as it comes. I have no other visits set up."
