Recruiting: OU commit Tennell looking good

Irving, Texas wide receiver and Oklahoma commit Adron Tennell update.

Adron Tennell, WR, 6-3, 175, IRVING, TEXAS:

JH: How is your season going?

AT: "We are 4-1 and 1-1 in district play. We are playing well right now and doing pretty good."

JH: Who do you play next?

AT: "We are going to play Irving MacArthur at 7:30 at the Irving School Stadium. So if any Sooner fans are in the area I want to see me, invite them to the game on Friday night. We will try to put a good show on for them."

JH: Aren't you having a big season so far?

AT: "Through five games I have caught 32 passes for 570 yards and four touchdowns. So far I am having a pretty good year."

JH: How have you improved your receiving?

AT: "I am getting off the ball quicker and my route running is better."

JH: What do you think about how OU is doing?

AT: "They just need some help at the receiver spot, and I can't wait to get up three and help them. They are going to get better."

JH: Are you still totally committed to OU?

AT: "Yes sir. And I am ready to get up there."

JH: What do you think of the OU/Texas game coming up?

AT: "It is going to be a good game because everybody thinks OU is going to be down. But they are going to show up and play."
