Recruiting: Houston DB has OU in visit plans

Houston, Texas athlete Terrance Anderson update.

Terrance Anderson, CB, HOUSTON (ALDINE HS), TEXAS:

JH: Are you still playing?

TA: "No, we didn't make it to the playoffs. We ended up 4-6."

JH: How did your season end up?

TA: "I rushed for 1,015 yards and 11 touchdowns, and I threw for 880 yards and 10 touchdowns. I had a pretty good year. I didn't play much defense this year."

JH: Are you concentrating on recruiting or are you starting a different sport?

TA: "I am concentrating on recruiting. I have to move on with my life."

JH: Have you set up any visits at this time?

TA: "I have set four visits. Friday of this week, I am going to Oklahoma, then December 2 I am going to Oklahoma State. On December 9 I am going to Iowa State. And then finally on December 18 to Nebraska."

JH: Are you looking for a fifth visit?

TA: "The way things are looking it is probably going to be those four. I might be looking for a fifth visit, but I think it will be just those four."

JH: Do you have a favorite at this time?

TA: "My favorite would have to be Oklahoma State because they have shown the most interest in me. They have been recruiting me for a long time and have shown me the most interest."

JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?

TA: "Oklahoma is in the hunt. Even though I have a favorite, I am going to go on my visits to see what each college has to offer. I am going to these visits to see which school I really like best. So, even though I talk about having a favorite I really am wide open."

JH: What are going to be the key things that you look for in a program?

TA: "The thing that is going to be most important is going to be how they treat me. Will they treat me like I am part of the program and will they treat me like I am at home? Then I want to see how the University feels to me. I want to see how friendly the people are and whether they can treat me like I am part of their family and like I am at home."

JH: Are teams still recruiting you as a corner?

TA: "I would have to see, because of the numbers I have put up on the offensive side of the ball most of the teams are recruiting me as an athlete now. When I rushed for over 1,000 yards, I think a lot of coaches decided I was pretty good with the ball under my arms."
