Trent Williams, OL, 6-4, 300, LONGVIEW, TEXAS:

JH: Do you have some good news for Oklahoma tonight?

TW: "Yes sir. I have good news. I have committed to Oklahoma."

JH: You must have had a good visit to Oklahoma this weekend?

TW: "I really kind of felt at home on my visit and I have a real good feeling about Oklahoma. I just really liked Oklahoma, it felt like home."

JH: Did you have an idea that you would commit to OU this weekend?

TW: "I had an idea that I would commit when I went on the visit. They were at the top of my list and I knew that if things went pretty well that I would commit to the Sooners."

JH: What did you think of the OU football program itself?

TW: "They had really facilities and the football team had great team chemistry. I also like Norman. The town really loves their Sooners. The fans eat, drink and sleep football. I just felt it would be a really great place to be over the next four years."

JH: What do you think of your recruiting coach Darrell Wyatt and your future position coach Kevin Wilson?

TW: "Coach (Darrell) Wyatt is real down to earth. He always told me like it was and like what I wanted to hear. He always told me that I had a great opportunity to be a great player there. I also really like Coach (Kevin) Wilson. I felt comfortable around him because he always told me the truth. He just seemed like a good coach and I know he is one of the top offensive line coaches in the country."

JH: What other schools did you seriously consider?

TW: "I also considered LSU, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and Arkansas. I visited LSU and Oklahoma State."

JH: How big and strong are you now?

TW: "I am just working out trying to get bigger and stronger. I am 6-5 with my shoes off and about 310. My latest bench was 350 and best squat is 500."
