Kamar Aiken is one of the most aggressive, hardest hitting safety prospects in the country, but he is athletic enough to also be a wide receiver prospect at the next level. In fact, it's on the offensive of the ball that he prefers as of now.

"I like playing receiver because I have been playing it longer," said Aiken. "Most coaches that I talk to tell me they don't know where I are going to play for them because I can play both positions well."

Aiken caught 10 passes a year ago for 128 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also made over 50 tackles from his free safety position. He will play both wide receiver and free safety again this year.

He can bench 255 pounds, squats 405 and he posted a 39-inch vertical jump. Aiken also starts in hoops where he averages 18 points and 14 rebounds per game. In track, Aiken runs the 200M (22.0) and the 4X100 relay.

Aiken attended the camp at Miami, where he flet he performed well, and also visited Florida unofficially. He has been offered by 25 different schools.

"I have a top two, but it is not strong," said Aiken. "It changes all the time. Right now my top two are Florida State and Florida. I am also considering Miami, Oklahoma and a lot of other schools. I am pretty open-minded right now and interested in a number of schools. Right now Florida and Florida State are recruiting me the hardest."

What does Aiken think about Oklahoma?

"Oklahoma is a winning football team, but I don't hear much about them because they are so far away," said Aiken. "They have a winning program. I haven't decided where I am going to visit, but Oklahoma is certainly a good option for me.

Aiken says his GPA is in good shape and he has taken the test, but he is waiting his test score.
