Terrance Toliver, WR, 6-4, 190, 4.5, HEMPSTEAD, TEXAS:
JH: How did your first game go for you and your team?
TT: "We won 19-0. My first catch, I had a 75-yard screen pass for a touchdown but they called it back. We had a block in the back. I ended up catching three passes, but I am not sure for how many yards. I had 25 to 30 or so. I really wasn't involved in the offense. My coach said today that they need to get me more involved in the offense. This happened to me last year too, but maybe this year they are going to get me involved more."
JH: Who do you play this weekend?
TT: "We play Navasota. We will be ready for them. They are one of our rivals, then I will be coming up there (Norman) this weekend."
JH: Will that be your official visit to OU this weekend?
TT: "Yes sir."
JH: Will this be the first official visit to your list of schools?
TT: "Yes, this will be my first."
JH: You have always said that you would start your official visits off at OU. Why do you want to take your first visit at OU?
TT: "Yeah, that has always been my plan. They have always been my team when it comes to college football and the coaches at OU have always had me down for coming in this weekend."
JH: You have been to Oklahoma unofficially, so what will you be looking for on your official visit?
TT: "I just want to see them play. That is all. I just want to watch them play. I think it is going to be an exciting game and I want to experience what a football game is like at OU. Plus, I want to meet the coaching staff and a many players as I can."
JH: Is there anything specific that you want to see on your visit to OU?
TT: "No, not really. I just want to try to get to know the players and coaches after the game. I expect them to win, I know that."
JH: It doesn't sound like you are too concerned about the football aspect of Oklahoma?
TT: "I pretty much know how they play and what their depth chart is, but I will be asking questions about both. I know that Oklahoma will throw the ball. That is a given already."
JH: Have you set any other visits at this time?
TT: "Not yet. I am not sure who I will visit in the future either. I am still thinking about it. I still have my top five. I am looking at Florida, LSU, Oklahoma, Miami and USC. That is in on particular order. And I don't have a leader."
JH: I hear that you would like to play with Georgia quarterback Cameron Newton? Is there any truth to that talk?
TT: "We met at the Florida camp and we became friend. We both said we would like to play together and go to the same school, but that is not something that we said we would definitely do. Both of us have to do what is best for us. If we don't go to the same school then that won't be the end of the world."
JH: What will be the most important points that you hope to experience this weekend on your visit to OU?
TT: "How I get along with the coaches is my most important thing. Those coaches are going to be very much involved with my life over the next few years, and then I need to fit in comfortably with the team. Academically, I just need to make sure it is a fit. I am not sure what I want to major in right now, but I want to see what kind of academic programs they have. Style of offense or depth chart isn't that big a deal for me. I have a lot of confidence in my abilities and I know all five of the schools I am considering know how to throw the football and throw the football a lot."
