RECRUITING: Hebron, Texas pair a packaged deal?

Hebron, Texas OL has several favorites, but would consider OU if they show interest

Cunningham is a tremendously skilled offensive lineman that has drawn rave reviews from his opponents as well as collegiate recruiters. Cunningham lines up at tackle on the prep level, but after starting for three years could be a guard in college.

"I have heard that I could play either guard or tackle," said Cunningham. "However, I am young and I am still going to grow. I think I am going to grow into an offensive tackle. I have also played center. I have played every position on the offensive line including tight end, so it doesn't matter where I play in the offensive line."

Cunningham can bench 340 pounds, squats 500 and he tested out with a 27-vertical jump. He has attended the NIKE camp at College Station, went to the full camp at Notre Dame and the one-day camp at Texas A&M.

Cunningham has his list of schools down to a precious few.

"I like Virginia, Nebraska, Georgia Tech, Notre Dame, Florida and Michigan," said Cunningham. "I also actually have an interest in Oklahoma. They wanted me to come up for their one-day camp, but I wasn't able to. Then I tried to get up there for an unofficial visit, but I wasn't able to do that either. However, I do have a great interest in them. Actually, they are the one Big 12 school out of state that I would consider. I have lived all over the place during my life, so right now I don't think I will go to school in Texas."

Cunningham plays on the same team with Texas Top 100 talent Lewis Baker, who recently decommitted from Texas. Cunningham and Baker may try to play together at the next level.

"We have talked about it and it would be great to play together and go to school together. We are really good friends and if he is not at my house I am at his. We have talked a lot about playing together and that would be great. Virginia is my favorite right now with Nebraska and Georgia Tech next. Oklahoma is in my top ten, but I haven't heard all that much from them. But if they get interested in me then I will have a big interest in them."
