Recruiting: Norman's Broyles planning visits

The latest on Norman, Okla. four-star athlete Ryan Broyles.

Ryan Broyles, WR/CB, 5-11, 170 NORMAN, OK:

JH: Did you decide to play basketball or not this year?

RB: "I am not playing this year. I had thoughts about it, but I just didn't want to waste my time as far as getting my college career going. I have a lot of things going on when it comes to college and I want to make sure I take care of that priority."

JH: Are you going to miss basketball?

RB: "I wanted to play, but things were going and I just want to take my time with football right now."

JH: How many visits have you taken up to this point?

RB: "I have taken three so far. I have been to Texas A&M, Michigan State and Texas Tech. I am thinking about going to Arkansas on the 15th.

JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?

RB: "I haven't really heard much from them. They told me they would have a decision by Christmas whether they would offer me or not. I am really not concerned about it. I will take what I have and not worry about it."

JH: If Oklahoma offers you, do you think you will have an interest in the Sooners?

RB: "It just depends on when they did it and the time frame they would do it in. I want to have all my recruiting done in a certain time frame. My last official is set for January 13th to Tennessee and I will make mp my mind shortly after that."

JH: Do you have a leader or a top two at this point?

RB: "I pretty much like them all. I just don't want to narrow anything down at this point, because I want to continue to evaluate all of them and continue the recruiting process. I still have two great visits to go and I want to keep things open to include them in the process."

JH: Is everybody still recruiting you at two or three positions?

RB: "Everybody is recruiting me as a receiver/corner. That is OK with me because I am not sure right now which position I want to play."
