Recruiting: Weather cancels lineman's vist

Blue Springs, Mo. OL Donald Stephenson says he still plans to visit Norman.

Donald Stephenson, OL, BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI:

JH: The weather got you this weekend didn't it?

DS: "The coaches called and just said it was going to be very bad this weekend. So we rescheduled for the weekend after next."

JH: What is the weather like in Kansas City?

DS: "We are having freezing rain and it is getting bad up here as well."

JH: I know you really wanted to make that trip to OU this weekend?

DS: "Yeah, because I was planning on making my decision right after my Michigan trip and now I have to put it off another week. I wish I could have gone on that trip this week to speed the process up, but I am willing to wait so that I can visit Oklahoma."

JH: In every interview that you do you seem to point out how much you like Oklahoma?

DS: "Yeah, I do."

JH: You are visiting Michigan next weekend. What is Michigan's situation in the offensive line?

DS: "For my position ,the left tackle was supposed to enter the draft this year and he decided to stay. I am not sure who they have behind him, so that is all I know right now. They have a starting left tackle set for next year, but after that I don't know."
