Capel on Longar's Return

"It will be good to have him back out there and have another body. Before he was suspended, he was our leading scorer and rebounder so hopefully he can come back and be very productive for us.

"One of things I spent a long time talking to him about was sometimes when you're away from the game you're able to see it a little bit better. You see some things and try to pick some spots where you think you can really help our team.

"He's been great in the huddles and he's been great in practice, as far as encouraging and being alert, being aware and trying to understand. I think he's done as good a job of handling the situation as any young guy could have."

Capel on Baylor

"They're a much improved team from last year. Very talented backcourt. They can dribble, pass, shoot it, and they all handle it well and are extremely quick and fast. Their leading scorer, Kevin Rogers, is a post guy inside — a lefthander — who can really score.

"This is a much improved Baylor team. The job that Scott Drew has done there has been really, really good dealing with some really difficult circumstances.

They've played a very tough conference schedule thus far being on the road at Oklahoma State and Kansas State, and then having Texas A&M at home. They've had a tough and demanding schedule, so we know they're going to come in here with a lot of confidence and really anxious to come in here to get a win. We have to play at a high level.
