Oklahoma Game Notes | OSU Game Notes

OU head coach Jeff Capel on Oklahoma State
"They're a very good team. They have two of the better players at their position in the country in Curry and Boggan. They're tough, well coached. Obviously, Gallagher-Iba is a tough place to play. I've always been able to tell that on TV, and they haven't been beat there much.

"But our guys are excited about it. We're a little bit fatigued, a little bit tired. These two games (Nebraska and Baylor) have taken a lot out of us, but we'll be anxious to go. I know the adrenaline of that game, of this series, of this rivalry we'll have our guys, just like their guys, ready to go.

"We're excited about playing them. I'm excited about this Bedlam rivalry and being a part of it and representing our university. I've watched this game every year on TV. You could feel the energy, you could feel the passion through the television. So, yeah, I'm excited to be a part of it. I think that's what college athletics are all about.

"They're a very good team, great tradition there. Great place to play, good players. So it will be tough match. We're going to have to go and play at a high lever, but we've done that. So hopefully we can carry it over to the road."
