Recruiting: The latest on Creer

Coveted Tatum, Texas RB Lennon Creer talks about his interest in Oklahoma the possibility of playing with teammate Darnius Moore in college.

Lennon Creer, RB, 6-1, 202, TATUM, TEXAS:

JH: What sport are you participating in now that football is over?

LC: "I am running track, but we haven't really started yet. So I am just working out right now."

JH: How much do you weigh?

LC: "I weigh 202."

JH: What events do you think you will be running this year?

LC: "I run the 100M (10.7) and the sprint relay (second).

JH: What is your 40 time?

LC: I run the 40 in a low 4.4."

JH: I am sure you are seeing a lot of coaches recently. So who have you seen?

LC: "I have talked to coach (Major) Applewhite, coach (Cale) Gundy and coach (Trooper) Taylor. Coach Fulmer is scheduled to be in my house on Thursday."

JH: Do you have your choices narrowed down any at all?

LC: "I really don't know. It is still pretty wide open at this point. It is among those four schools."

JH: Do you know when you are going to announce your decision?

LC: "I am not sure at this time."

JH: Do you and Darnius Moore want to go the same school?

LC: "It if happens that would be great. We are both looking forward going to the same school, but if it doesn't work out then it won't."

JH: What are your thoughts on Oklahoma?

LC: "I like them and I am still considering them."

JH: Are you going to take any more visits?

LC: "I am not sure."

JH: How much did you enjoy playing in your All-American game in Florida that you played in recently?

LC: "It was fun being around all those great players and hanging around with them for a while."
