OUInsider.com has learned that Pearland, Texas star Sam Proctor has committed to Oklahoma.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound athlete who is expected to play on the defensive side of the ball at Oklahoma, chose the Sooners over LSU and Oklahoma State.
"On a scale of one to 10, I can definitely rate it a 10. I enjoyed every bit of it," Proctor told OUInsider.com last week after returning from his visit to Norman.
We will have more details later today.
