JOHN WILLIAMS, DE, HOUSTON LAMAR, TEXAS:
JH: Your season gets underway this week, so how good are you going to be?
JW: We are going to have a real good team this year. I know on defense we are very talented. I think we are going to make it to state this year and we have the team that can do it.
JH: Are you just playing on defense?
JW: I am going to play some tight end this year as well. However, I primarily play defensive end and pass rush off the edge.
JH: Have you set any visits yet?
JW: I havenÕt set any visits yet, but it is coming and in the making.
JH: What schools are you still considering?
JW: I like Texas, Oklahoma, Florida State, Nebraska, UCLA and Iowa State. Iowa State and Oklahoma were the first two schools to offer me out of the top six. I am very high on Oklahoma because I have been talking to Coach Shipp and like how he is talking to me. I like how they play defense and the kind of role the defensive ends play at OU.
JH: What is it about how the defensive ends play that impresses you?
JW: OklahomaÕs defensive ends are very aggressive and I like to play that way. That is a big reason why I am considering them.
