RECRUITING: Houston LB concentrating on season

Houston, Texas linebacker Robert Killebrew had more important things to do then watch OU-Texas

ROBERT KILLEBREW, LB, 6-1, 203, 4.45, HOUSTON KLEIN, TEXAS:

JH: Did you go to the OU-Texas game?

RK: "I was at the prom and I missed by five votes to my friend to being named the King of the prom."

JH: How is your season going?

RK: "We are 6-0 and I am playing pretty well. There is always room for improvement. I don't keep up with my stats, because I am all for my team. As long as my team wins that is all I care about. My stats don't matter if we lose a game or the championship game. Hey, I know I am making plenty of tackles."

JH: Did you see any of the game?

RK: "I really didn't get to see, but I tried to sneak in and watch a little. I thought the team that wanted the game more won the game. Both teams were pretty evenly matched, but Oklahoma wanted the game a little bit more."

JH: Does the game chance your thoughts on either team at all?

RK: "No. It doesn't change anything at all."

JH: Have you set any visits?

RK: "No. I haven't at this time."

JH: What are you thinking about recruiting right now?

RK: "Nothing right now. I am staying focused on my senior season. I am only reminded by recruiting by people calling and asking questions. I enjoy talking to people, but I am not going to get into recruiting until my season is over."

JH: Has anything changed in recruiting?

RK: "Nothing has changed as far as schools are concerned."
