RECRUITING: Tampa TE a hot prospect

Tampa, Fla. TE Jamsely Jean likes LSU and Ohio State, but will the Sooners get a visit?

JH: Your team lost Donnie Woods and Raushan Grant for the year. That had to be a tough blow to your team?

JG: "I do feel bad for those guys. They were two big losses to our team. I found myself playing harder because we lost those two. We have to make up for those two losses. We are not trying to think about it to much and we are just trying to go on with our season."

JH: How is your season going?

JG: "We are 7-1 and I am playing pretty well. I had almost 100 yards this past game in receiving. They haven't been throwing the ball to me much this year, but I think we will now because of Raushan being out."

JH: Do you also play defense?

JG: "For the past several weeks I have been playing defense, but they backed off on it this week. I have been playing outside linebacker, but I am not sure if I will this upcoming game or not."

JH: Have you taken any visits yet?

JG: "I took one visit to LSU and that visit was great. They were able to answer all of my questions with good answers and I had a great time. They did nothing to hurt their chances."

JH: What are your future visits?

JG:" "I have also set visits to Oklahoma (12-13) and Ohio State (1-10). Oklahoma is a perfect all-around football program. They are great on the field, with a great coaching staff, good academic support and great fan support. Norman appears to be a nice town and OU just appears to be a very good school.
