RECRUITING: Houston LB taking his time

Houston, Texas linebacker Robert Killebrew talks about his future visits and his interest in OU

ROBERT KILLEBREW, LB, HOUSTON KLEIN, TEXAS:

JH: Did your high school make the playoffs?

RK: "No, sir. We didn't make the playoffs. Our district is so tough that only teams with two losses got into the playoffs and we had three losses."

JH: How did your season finish?

RK: "I really haven't had a chance to look out our stats or anything, but I think I had a pretty good year. I wish we could have won more games, but individually I think the season went pretty well."

JH: Have you set any visits at this time?

RK: "I have set up four visits at this time. I am going to Oklahoma, UCLA, Florida and Texas. I haven't set any dates yet, but I have told those schools that I want to visit them for sure."

JH: What are you thoughts on Oklahoma?

RK: "I am still very wide open, so my thoughts haven't changed much. I still like Oklahoma a lot, they are still winning. I still like the coaches and I like how they fly around on defense."

JH: You definitely want to play for an aggressive defense in college don't you?

RK: "All the schools that I have chosen I have chosen because of the way they play defense. They are all aggressive defenses and that is the style of defense that I want to play in. I don't want to go to a school where we are in a catch and read defense. I want to play for a school that attacks all the time."
