Dyer a Top 2010 Recruit

It is easy to see star quality in some prospects. They just have this way that they move that makes everyone else seem like they are sitting still. Class of 2010 star Michael Dyer is one of these types of players and there is little doubt that he will be one of the best that Arkansas has to offer up next season.

Running back Michael Dyer from Little Rock Christian in Ark., is certainly an intriguing recruit.

When watching him it is immediately obvious that he has tremendous quicks. He is able to move in and out of his cuts with a smoothness that not many other backs possess.

There are plenty of backs out there that have great physiques and speed, but only the special backs have the feet that make them almost glide around defenders.

Dyer has these qualities all packed in to a nice very downish type 5-foot-9, 200-pound frame.

"I think I am a good athlete," Dyer said humble when asked to point out his greatest attributes or skills. "I definitely look up to D-Mac (Darren McFadden)."

Dyer has already started to pull down verbal scholarship offers as schools like Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Tulsa have already stepped up to the plate.

"Right now I like Arkansas a lot," Dyer said of his favorites list. "Also the LSU Tigers. The Oklahoma Sooners and the Florida Gators as well."

Dyer, who was one of the top overall players at the Arkansas Summer Camp, said that his only other camp planned for this summer will be at Tulsa.
