OU Tracking Bailey

One prospect listed amongst the Midland's Top 50 that the Sooners are keeping close tabs on is Broken Arrow offensive lineman Alvin Bailey. Bailey is a powerful specimen who now holds a good number of high profile scholarship offers.

Alvin Bailey, a 6-foot-5, 300-pound offensive lineman from Broken Arrow High in Okla., now reports that he has been offered scholarships from Michigan State, Kansas, Kansas State, Nebraska, Arkansas and Iowa State.

When asked about a top five list Bailey was pressed to make a solid group, but two schools at this point were mentioned as no doubters.

"That's a tough one. Arkansas, Kansas, Michigan State - I've been talking to OU (Oklahoma), we've been talking and they said I'd be a great fit for them, but I guess they're just waiting, I don't know, but I've been talking to them - so OU is in my top five and probably Kansas State," Bailey informed Scout.com's GoSpartans.net.

Oklahoma holds commitments from two offensive linemen in Texas's Josh Aladenoye and Missouri's Tyler Evans, but could be looking to ink as many as five in the class of '09.
