It has been an interesting process for East Central's David Gordon, as he has racked up a number of major offers from schools across the country. After considering all of his options he has narrowed his list to three schools.
David Gordon, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound cornerback from East Central High in Tulsa, Okla., called to inform Scout.com that he had narrowed his recruiting list to three potential schools.
"I just wanted to give you a quick update that I had narrowed it to three schools," Gordon explained. "They are Arkansas, LSU, and Oklahoma."
Schools like Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Michigan, and Michigan State made a strong push for his signature by offering, but in the end he just felt the most comfortable with his final three.
Arkansas- "I feel real comfortable with Arkansas. I like their track program. I know if I go there that I will be taken care of."
LSU- "LSU is top notch at what they do. I am excited to take my visit there to get a better feel for the program and the coaching staff."
Oklahoma- "OU has always been on my mind. I am an Oklahoma boy and they are an Oklahoma school. I could really see myself playing there."
Gordon is thankful for the opportunities that each of his final three schools presents.
"It just feel great to have these opportunities," Gordon proclaimed. "God blessed me with it all."
Gordon will take official visits to OU, LSU, and Arkansas during the season before reaching a final decision.
