Skyline Trio Heading to Rivalry

Oklahoma is starting to establish a strong presence in Dallas powerhouse Skyline High and three of their most prominent players plan on attending this weekend's match-up between the Sooners and the Longhorns…

There will be a host of top ranked prospects in for the Oklahoma Vs. Texas game tomorrow morning, but I doubt many high schools will be sending three players on the level of Skyline High.

Current Oklahoma commitment Steve Williams plans on being there to watch the big game.

"Yeah, I should get the chance to go out there and watch it," Williams explained. "I should be there."

"Number one and number five… It don't get any better than that."

In a few weeks Williams will also be back in Norman, Okla. for his official visit.

"I am going down to Oklahoma on November the 1st for my official visit. I have already planned that and set that up for the Nebraska game. It is going to be pretty cool."

William's teammates and class of 2010 recruits Mike Davis and Corey Nelson are also planning to be in attendance for the Red River Rivalry and both players have already reported an early offer from the Sooners.

"Corey and I are going to be the OU/Texas game," Mike Davis informed. "It is going to be a lot of fun."

Williams admits that he is keeping in both of the younger players ears about what OU brings to the table. "Yes," Williams plainly said when asked if he was trying to convince them to play their college ball in Norman.
