McNeal Down to Three?

Bryce McNeal is a hot commodity on the recruiting trails and a number of top programs are trying to secure the former Michigan commits signature. Yesterday he joined Scout.com for a chat session to discuss the latest developments.

Bryce McNeal, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound wide receiver from Breck High in Minn., had a terrific time while on his official visit to Oklahoma.

So far he has been on official visits to Oklahoma and Colorado and he will visit Minnesota, Oregon, and Penn State before making a final decision at the Army Bowl Game.

"Oklahoma was off the chain," McNeal said when asked to describe his visits. "So was Colorado but it wasn't Oklahoma."

McNeal has made a lot of friends on the recruiting trail this year and when asked whohe has become closest to throughout the whole process an OU commitment popped up on his list.

"Patrick Hall, Shaquelle Evans, Justin Turner, Shavodrick Beaver, Tajh Boyd, Kevin Newsome and Jaz Reynolds," Mcneal explained.

A top OU target was also the first name out of his mouth when asked about top corners.

"Gabe Lynn," McNeal stated when asked who was the best corner he has faced off against this year.

With three official visits left it was a surprise to hear that the four-star receiver has already trimmed his list to three schools.

"Oklahoma, Minnesota, and Penn State," he said when asked how many schools he has narrowed his list down to at this point.

This weekend McNeal will be on an official visit to Minnesota and trips to Oregon and Penn State will follow.

Special thanks to FightonState.com who was able to host Bryce McNeal for this special chat session on their site and allowed us to participate.
