Chris Henderson, a 6-foot-3, 250-pound defensive tackle from Carter High in Dallas, Texas said last week that he will likely switch his commitment from Texas A&M to Oklahoma, but for the time being he is standing pat.
"I just got off of the phone with them (A&M)," Henderson began. "I couldn't decommitt. They got on the phone and told me how bad that they need me and stuff."
"It was hard to even tell them."
The next phase of his recruitment could come very soon as he has been planning to come to Norman this weekend to watch the No. 5 Sooners face off against No. 2 Texas Tech.
Henderson and his Dallas Carter High (11-0) teammates will face off against Richardson Pearce High (6-5) in Texas Stadium.
