Davis Up to Six

Mike Davis will be one of the top prospects in the state of Texas for the class of 2010 and his offer list seems to be getting longer day-by-day.

It is still extremely early in the recruiting process for 2010 recruits.

But if you are already starting to stack offers then it is usually a pretty clear-cut indication that you are one of the elite players in the country.

Mike Davis a 6-foot-2, 180-pound wide receiver from Skyline High in Dallas, Texas is one of these prospects.

He already held offers from Oklahoma, Iowa, Texas Tech, and Stanford, but the good news just keeps coming.

"I just got offered by Iowa State and OSU (Oklahoma State)," Davis informed.

He will probably get a few more offers when the tape from last weekend's DeSoto game hits college coaches hands, as he had a big game against a team that boasts sure fire D1 corners.

"I had a big game," Davis explained. "I made a that dude from DeSoto fall and I had 156 yards and two touchdowns (in the game)."

He would follow that with a six catches for 89 yards and a TD against Cypress Woods which helped Davis and his Skyline High (12-1) teammates catapult in to the semifinals of the Class 5A playoffs and a match-up with Round Rock Stony Point (12-1).
