Injury Report: Brandon Caleb

NORMAN, Okla. – Those watching the Oklahoma – Kansas State match-up must have been wondering why Brandon Caleb was not playing. After the game Kevin Wilson gave the low down.

According to OU offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson Brandon Caleb was not able to play in the Kansas State game, because of an ankle injury.

"I think it's an ankle sprain," Wilson informed. "We'll find out tomorrow. He just did not think he could push off on it."

It does not appear that he should miss significant time.

Wilson said, "It's just an ankle deal and we will find out more tomorrow. I don't think it's a high ankle deal, but I am sure they will know a lot more tomorrow after tonight."

Caleb is OU's second most productive receiver behind Ryan Broyles. So far in '09 he has hauled in 26 catches for 408 yards and two scores.
