What's To Come: Post 7-on-7 Coverage

College Station, Texas—It was an intense weekend of football for the Texas State 7-on-7 tournament, and it ended with a classic duel in the large school finals.

In the end, it was Lake Travis that outlasted Desoto 42-39 on Kyle Field Saturday evening.

And Sooners Illustrated was at 7-on-7s throughout the weekend to catch all the other action.

As a result, stay tuned for several pieces that will be provided in premium in the next couple of days.

Here's some of what's to come:

1. A series of slide shows of days one, two and three—A number of teams, including in the small school and large school tourney, competed, supplying good footage over three days.

2. Highlights of a number of commits and prospects—Among those are commits, wide receiver Trey Metoyer and linebacker P.L. Lindley, and prospects, linebacker Alex Lyons, cornerback Ryan Santos and tailback Aiavion Edwards.

3. Interviews with some of them—Sooners Illustrated caught up with Metoyer, Lindley and Lyons to discuss their thoughts on the camp and more.

4. A "scouting the enemy" section—Several UT recruits took the field this weekend, so see how they fared.
