Scout.com Ranking: No. 36/ No 6DE

Scout.com evaluation: The Army All-american was a one man wrecking crew for Noxubee's defense this season. Despite missing four games of action he finished with 105 tackles, 20.5 for a loss, 18.5 sacks, and three blocked field goals. Jeffery is a true sideline-to-sideline lineman who's motor never stops. Simmons is very physical at the point of attack and is violent with his hands. Most college recruiters have strong side defensive end in mind to start with the possibility to sliding down to tackle as his body matures.

The 4-Star defensive lineman has visited Tennessee and has lined up visits to Ole Miss and Mississippi State. He'll also visit Alabama and will probably choose between LSU and Auburn for his last visit. Look for this to be an instate battle in the end.

Above is footage we took from a practice at the Team Mississippi practice in Hattiesburg. Below are highlights from his first six games of the season.
