Maryland, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Michigan State, Oregon and Virginia Tech
Scout.com Ranking: No. 20 OLB/4Star

Scout.com evaluation: The first thing that jumps out at you when watching his film is his pure overall athleticism. He blocks punts and field goals, makes sacks, and catches passes for touchdowns. It speaks volumes about any player that can make an impact on offense, defense and special teams.

Keith Simms Jr is the son of former All-Pro offensive lineman Keith Simms. The genes are there and so are the raw skills. He shows a quick first step and the ability to change directions which is vital for any linebacker. He likes to make the big hit but plays under control. Simms can switch gears which allows him to be able to stop and go and get going in a hurry again. Very explosive athletic that has the skill set to play at a high level on the D1 level.

The Maryland native is getting a big push from the home state school, Maryland. The Rebels have been making a big push as well. North Carolina had him on campus last weekend. Keith has also officially visited Oregon and Virginia Tech. Maryland, Mississippi, Michigan State and California are pushing for his last two visits.
