Ole Miss, Memphis, Alabama, Mississippi State, USM, and Tennessee Ranking: 3-Star evaluation: The South Panola star was selected to the 1st Team (6A) All-State squad as a junior after collecting 21 tackles for a loss and six sacks. He totaled 55 stops.

Goodson is Ole Miss defensive tackle's Isaac Gross' first cousin and both have a lot of similarities. Both are undersized but show a tremendous burst off of the line of scrimmage which disrupts the offensive backfield. That's evident by his 21 tackles for a loss last season while playing tackle.

If you watch his film it's easy to see that he uses his strong lower body to get a quick jump. One of the advantages of being a shorter lineman is that it gives him great leverage with strong hands. He stays low and shoots through the gaps play after play. He's also very active and chases down plays sideline to sideline. It will be interesting to see how his recruitment plays out in the end due to his size but he will land on the D1 level somewhere. Right now Ole Miss holds the upper hand.
