Scout.com evaluation: Webb is best known for his track-and-field accomplishments, but there is no question he has the skillset to make an impact on the gridiron as well. He finished No. 6 in the country in the 60-yard dash with a time of 7.02. That speed is evident when watching his film. What we like is he is more than a one-trick pony. He can take a screen pass, make you miss, and get out in open space and take it for six. Webb does a nice job of sticking his foot in the ground to make people miss so he can get out in open space. He's still raw but carries as much upside as any athlete in the state of Mississippi.
