This season, Trinity is 9 - 0 heading into the last week of the regular season. As the year winds down, Trott will have to make his final decision and choose which school is best for him. So far, Tommy has lined up official visits with Alabama (12/12) and Auburn (1/14). Miami and Ole Miss are also in the mix. All four schools have offered.

The following information was revealed during our interview with Marvin Trott (Tommy's father):

Did Tommy make it in for his unofficial visit to Ole Miss last Saturday? "Yes sir. We are glad Tommy went to Ole Miss. What people do not know is that a lot of folks go to Ole Miss from this area. He is going to have quite a few of his classmates going to Ole Miss next year. He went over there with one of his best friends, Rory McKean, who is going to play baseball for Ole Miss next year. Rory is Trinity's QB too. He is a heck of an athlete. Rory and Tommy left late Saturday because they were helping out with some community work. I wanted Tommy to see the Grove and all of that, but he did not get out of here until around 12:00 noon. He did tell me that he got to see the Grove and what it is all about. I want him to see the schools with a lot of tradition and Ole Miss is certainly one of them. I think Tommy was very impressed with Ole Miss and their coaching staff. He really likes their tight end coach (Matt Luke) and Coach Cutcliffe. They have done a heck of a job recruiting him."

Tommy has excellent grades and projects as a full qualifier.
