Talks about upcoming official visits
The following information was revealed during our interview with Archie Sims:
Been on any recent trips? "I went to West Virginia this past weekend."
How did it go? "Everything was nice. I really like it up there."
Could you see yourself going to West Virginia? "Yea, I really could."
Is distance going to be a problem? "I do not think it is too far, not at all."
Where do you go next? "I go to MSU this weekend and Ole Miss the weekend after that."
Any inhome visits this week? "The coaches from Ole Miss came on Monday. That was the first time I met Coach Champ (LB coach). He was cool."
What did they say to you? "They just said that they wanted me to come up there, and they were looking forward to me coming up on my visit."
Anybody else been to your house this week? "Coach Rodriguez and Tricket (West Virginia) came by tonight."
Who do you feel like wants you the most? "Probably MSU, Ole Miss, and West Virginia. Those three are probably the most and USM. They are all recruiting me real hard right now."
What are you looking for when it comes decision time? "I just want to get along with the players. I just want it to feel like home."
Do you have a leader yet? "No sir, those four are still the same."
Will you definitely take your next two visits before making a decision? "Yes sir, I want to give everyone a fair chance before I make up my mind."
How is school going? "It is going pretty good right now."
Have you had a chance to retake your ACT test? "No sir, but I am retaking it in February."
Archie is unsure of his GPA and carries a 16 on the ACT.
