The following information was revealed during our interview with Peria Jerry:

What are you weighing these days? "Like 290. I am not getting any smaller (laugh). That is for sure."

Did you make it in for your official visit to Ole Miss? "Yes sir, I did."

Anymore accompany you? "My brother (John Jerry) came over too."

How did your visit go? "It went good. I think we are going to get a lot of commitments from the people who were here this weekend. I know we are. It was raining, so we did not get in a lot of the stuff we were suppose to do, but everyone was still having a good time."

Was it fun getting to hang out with all of your former teammates again? "Yea, I miss them. They miss me. Yea, it felt real good."

What are your thoughts on where you think your teammates(Derek Pegues, John Jerry, and Travis Sanford) are going? "I think they are coming (to Ole Miss) too. They are going to shock a lot of people and a lot of schools."

Are they going to shock Ole Miss in a bad way? "No, all them other schools."

What advise have you given your former teammates and brother? "I tell them they have to do what is best for them, you know. Everybody has their own problems. But, I also tell them that it would be fun if we all took it to Ole Miss and win another championship together."

In the end, do you think your group is going to stay together? "I hope so."

What could be some reasons why the South Panola group would not stay together? "I do not know of any, I believe everyone is going to stick together."

Was this the first time you met Coach Orgeron? "No, he came up to Hargrave and talked to me."

What are your thoughts with Coach Orgeron? "Oh, he has a lot of energy, a whole lot of it (laugh). I like him a lot, a whole lot."

What did you two talk about during your meeting this morning? "He just wanted to know if I was still solid with them."

What was your response? "Yes, I am going to stay at home."

How are your classes going? "Everything is going really good. I learned how to study for the first time in my life up here. I think it would probably be best for everyone to go to a school like Hargrave before going to college. If I do not make it to the league, I will probably join the forces. I love it up here."

What are your thoughts about your brother, John Jerry, going to Hargrave if he does not qualify? "It would be real good for him, real good. I think he is going to love it just like I do, and also become a man like I have."

When are you scheduled to graduate from Hargrave? "On May 28th."

When are you going to enroll at Ole Miss? "I am coming in June"
