Quentin Taylor commits to Ole Miss
Taylor's finalist were Ole Miss, Florida, and Georgia Tech. Alabama and West Virginia also received an official visit.
The following information was revealed during our interview with Quentin Taylor:
What is your current height, weight, and forty time? "I am 6' 1", about 230 now, and the last time I was timed in the 40, I ran a 4.6."
How did your senior season go this year? "Alright, I was hurt for the first four games of the season because of a shoulder injury. I still had 80 something tackles in the games I played in, but I have done better."
Any awards? "My coach knows all of them, but I know I made All-State and all of that stuff."
Which colleges have offered you a scholarship? "Man, there are so many of them. I do not even know where to start."
Which schools did you take an official visit? "I went to West Virginia, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Florida."
Have you made a decision? "Yes sir, I am going to sign with Ole Miss tomorrow."
Why did you choose Ole Miss? "I like their head coach, Coach Orgeron, and their facilities were real nice too. They showed me the most interest, and I had talked to a couple of people. I just think they are the best fit for me."
Who would you say came in second place? "I can not say."
Do you feel 100% solid with your decision? "Yea, I never committed before, because I was never sure. I am 100% sure now. I am going to Ole Miss."
What is your current GPA and SAT score? "I have a 2.8 Core GPA and a 1180 on the SAT.
