Tidbits

Here are some more personal observations:

Kendrick Lewis (commitment) is much bigger and physical than I originally thought. He is a big time pick up.

Terry Grant (RB) can get it.

L.T. Walker (DL/AR) was hands down the best DT at the camp.

Mitch Mustain (QB/AR) is the real deal.

Cordera Eason is the most talented RB in the South. Now he has to tap into it.

Not many OL at the camp.

Tim Buckley (QB/Ath, MS) Has a very strong arm and very quick feet. He would make a heck of a WR or dB too, if needed.

James Patterson (QB) continues to impress me.

Derrick Odom (LB/DE/Callaway) is simply a monster. He was the camp's Martez Smith. He ran a sub 4.5 forty.

Torris Magee (WR) was the surprise of the camp for me. He is from Oak Grove (MS) and reported in at 6' 3", 197 with 4.51 speed. Torris has not received much publicity due to his grades, but we hear he has a chance to get them in order. Torris is a big time player who you will hear much more about in the near future. Has all the tools you are looking for. Torris was one of the elite prospects at the camp, from my personal observations.

Kentrell Lockett
(DE) is big time. Best footwork out of all of the defensive lineman.

Jonthan Hollins (DE/LA) told me that Ole Miss is his leader. He has good footwork and was measured at 6' 3", 237 at the camp.

Lots of LB's, RB's, DE's, WR's and DB's this year but not many OL or QB's in this year's class.

Those are my thoughts on the camp and the players who were in it.
