Victor Thomas adds two offers

Victor Thomas (DE, Olive Branch, MS) - Mississippi's #12 ranked player out of Mississippi, according to scout.com, had a busy summer at the various college football camps.Victor camped at Ole Miss, MSU, Tennessee, LSU, and Florida.Thomas picked up offers from LSU and USM at their camps and had already been offered by MSU, Ole Miss, and Louisville.

The following information was revealed during our interview with Victor Thomas:

Which camp do you feel like you performed the best? "I would say that I performed the best at all of them. I won the Best Lineman award at Ole Miss, but I think I did equally well at all of them."

What did you learn at each camp? "At Ole Miss, I learned a couple of moves to help me out with my pass rush. At MSU, I learned how to do the spin move. They did not have a defensive line/offensive line camp at Tennessee, so I just watched the 7 on 7 tournament. At LSU, I learned a couple of run moves to stop the run and help me with my pass rush. And at Florida, we just learned the basics."

Did you get that "home" feeling at any of camps? "I liked them all, really. But no, none of them really stuck out more than the other."

Receive any offers from your camp visits? "LSU and USM offered me."

Which colleges are keeping in contact with you? "Ole Miss, MSU, Auburn, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, USM, and Nebraska. That is about it."

Who is coming at you the hardest? "Ole Miss, definitely Ole Miss."

Who are you keeping an eye on? "All of them, really. If they have interest in me, I have interest in them."

Have you set any personal goals for your senior season? "Yes sir, I want to get my sack numbers up."

Victor carries a 2.75 GPA and 64 units on his ACT test.
