How is your season going? "We ended the year 4-5. We are going into the playoffs with a 27 seed out of 32 teams."
Who do you face in the playoffs on Friday? "We play St. Pauls out of Covington (LA)."
Are you still playing QB? "Yes sir. I play a little free safety too."
What are yours stats for the season? "I have over a 1,000 yards passing and over 850 yards rushing."
Your total TD's? "I am not sure on that one."
Where are you projected to play on the next level? "I am projected as a wide receiver in college."
What most have you improved on this year? "As a QB, being able to stay in the pocket and being able to manage the game a little more."
Which colleges are you hearing from? "Mainly LSU, Texas A&M, South Carolina, Ole Miss, and Arkansas."
All offers? "All of them except for South Carolina."
Have you set up any official visits? "Not yet."
Been on any unofficial visits? "I have been to LSU unofficially."
You still plan to play both sports on the next level? "Most definitely."
Which colleges have offered you in both sports? "Basically, they have all said my option was open to play baseball."
But who is really recruiting you hard in baseball? "I would probably have to say LSU or Texas A&M, or Ole Miss. The same ones that are really recruiting me hard for football."
What do you like about Ole Miss? "I like their facilities. When I get in there next year, I have a chance to play because they are losing 4 seniors at wide receiver. Just the chance to play and their facilities are what I like most about Ole Miss."
What about Texas A&M? "The same things pretty much. I have not seen their facilities, but I have a chance to play early there, and their coaches are really nice."
What attracts you to LSU? "Their coaches are really nice. They have a real nice environment. They are also looking for some receivers too, so."
What will you be looking for when you are trying to find the best fit? "I am just going to the place where I have the best feeling while I am on my visit. It will just hit me. Just where I feel the most at home."
a 3.5 GPA and a 20 ACT.
