Clarence Bailey is torn between two

Clarence Bailey (OT, Lackawanna CC, PA) - JC Gridwire All-American selection, Clarence Bailey, stated last week that he would make an announcement on Wednesday. But after receiving an inhome visit by the Ole Miss head coach last night, Bailey has decided to delay that decision until next week. Coach Spurrier for South Carolina will be in his house tonight and Coach Stoops for Oklahoma will be in his house on Wednesday or Thursday.

The following information was revealed during our interview with Clarence Bailey:

How did your inhome visit with Ole Miss go last night? "It went good. We talked about my future at Ole Miss and my playing time at Ole Miss."

What attracts you to Ole Miss? "Me coming in and starting at left tackle and their education, basically. They have the highest graduation percentage, by far, out of all of the schools I am looking at."

How important of a factor is that for you? "That is a big factor for me, real big."

Reports came out that you were 75% sure you were going to sign with South Carolina; how accurate are these reports? "No, not at all. The way I feel right now, South Carolina is neck and neck with Ole Miss."

What are South Carolina's positives? "That program is on the uprise right now."

Will you still make your decision on Wednesday? "No, it will not be until next week. I want to sit down with my family and make the best decision."

Who do you host tonight? "Coaches Spurrier and Hunt for South Carolina."

Oklahoma still coming in on Wednesday? "Wednesday or Thursday. Coaches Stoops and Wilson are coming by."

Where does Oklahoma stand? "They are not totally out of it."

When it comes decision time; what will be the number one factor? "Education and seeing who can help my family (Clarence has a baby girl) out when I bring them in, basically."
