Hendrick Leverette still solid?

Hendrick Leverette (SS/LB, Oak Grove, MS) - Hendrick committed to Auburn in August but has since taken an unofficial visit to Ole Miss back in October and has scheduled an official visit with the Rebels for January 20th.Where does Leverette now stand?

The following information was revealed during our interview with Hendrick Leverette:

How did your season go? "I think we had a pretty good season. We ended up 12-1 and made it to the South State championship game for the 4th year in a row. That is a pretty big accomplishment by our program."

What were your stats for the season? "I had 152 tackles (94 solo) and 14 for losses."

What most did you improve on this season? "Mainly my strength. My strength and speed. I have been able to get off my blocks better this year because I have put on a few pounds. I have also gotten my speed down to a 4.5."

What do you currently weigh? "212."

Where all are you slated to take official visits? "Right now, I am going to USM this weekend, Auburn (1/13) and Ole Miss (1/20). Coach Hughes from Ole Miss actually switched my visit from this weekend to January 20th."

Are you still firm with your commitment to Auburn? 'Yea, I am firm but my mom and dad want me to take a couple of visits to make sure."

What is your interest in Ole Miss? "I just like it up there. It has been hard getting use to a new coach recruiting me, with Coach Luke leaving for Tennessee and all. But, I knew Coach Hughes from last year when I was up there, so we have already bonded pretty good."

What about USM? "One of my teammates, Torris Magee, committed to them. He wants me to check it out with him this weekend."

Hendrick carries a 3.0 GPA/18 ACT.
