Jimmy Rogers (OL, Cleveland, MS) - Could Ole Miss be looking to round out their offensive line class with Jimmy Rogers?

The following information was revealed during our interview with Jimmy Rogers:

How did your season go? "We made it to the playoffs and lost in the 3rd round. It went pretty good."

How did you fare, personally? "I made 1st Team All-State by both polls (Clarion Ledger and MAC)."

Did you keep up with your pancakes? "I averaged around 10 a game."

How would you rate your play this year? "Pretty good. I played better this year because I was a little stronger and faster."

What is your current size? "I am 6' 4", 305."

Which colleges are currently calling you weekly? "The same people. Ole Miss, MSU, and LSU and FSU have started calling a lot lately."

Have you started to set up your official visits? "I have not set up the dates, but I know I am going to Ole Miss in January."

What did Ole Miss tell you? "Coach Orgeron has not told me a specific date, he just told me that I would be coming in January. I was suppose to go a month or so ago, but I had to take the ACT test instead."

Which college is showing you the most interest? "Ole Miss."

What are they doing differently than the other schools? They are just recruiting me harder than everybody else. They come by the crib the most, call the most, send more letters, stuff like that."

Do you have a leader yet? "Not yet."

Name a Top 3 for us. "Ole Miss, MSU, and LSU."

What stands out about Ole Miss? "Just their overall school."

And MSU? "The same thing.

What about LSU? "The same too."

Jimmy has a 2.75 Core GPA and is waiting for the results of his latest ACT test.
