"I ran a 4.34 at the last combine I went to. I placed second in the state in the 100 meters last year," added Dominique Dade.
It is no surprise that Dade lists his speed as his biggest attribute at cornerback.
"My quickness has to be my main thing. I have good coverage skills, and I play real physical too."
Dominique went both ways for Neville last season, as it is not unusual on the high school level for their best athlete to be used at quarterback.
"They put me at QB last year, but I did the best I could. I passed for over 1, 500 yards and threw for 12 TD's and rushed for 3 TD's. I also had 5 interceptions at cornerback."
The All-N' East LA and State pick led Neville to the State Semifinals in Class 4A last year. He has caught the attention of three SEC schools.
"The main schools who are recruiting me are Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Auburn. I went to Ole Miss' and Auburn's Jr Days. I am going to Arkansas' (Jr Day) this weekend."
What did he learn about Ole Miss and Auburn during his unofficial visits?
Auburn - "Their coaches and players are really tight. They have that father/son relationship with the players and coaches. I liked that. I like their environment. Their people really care about you."
Ole Miss - "They really focus on you being the best you can be, and they are trying to win big. They are just trying to win."
Which colleges are now at the top of Dade's list?
"I would say Auburn and Arkansas."
What got Dominique interested in Arkansas?
"They have been sending me letters and everything. I am just real curious to compare them to the other colleges. I guess you can say it is a curiosity thing."
And which college is showing Dade the most interest?

"I just want to go to a college that feels like home. Like at Auburn, where they have that father/son relationship. I also want to go to a school with a winning tradition."
Dade claims a 3.3 GPA / 17 ACT.
Dominique will attend the scout combine at Ole Miss on April 30th.
