4 Star offensive tackle looking Ole Miss' way

Kevin Bryant (OT, Lauderdale Lakes, FL) - It is no secret the Rebels are looking for some help in the trenches next season.

One "big" hole they could plug preps at Boyd H. Anderson.

Their 6' 7", 375 pound offensive tackle has over 50 scholarship offers from the likes of Tennessee, Miami, FSU, Florida, USC, Oklahoma, Georgia, and LSU.

What makes Kevin so special is not only his size, but his strength, as he currently benches over 515 pounds.

How is Bryant's season going?

"We had our last regular season game yesterday. We won. We finished 8-2 and won our Division," added Kevin Bryant.

Two things stand out when asked what has made Kevin a better player this year.

"I think I have learned a lot more about pass blocking, and I am a lot stronger with my run blocking."

What is going on with Kevin's recruitment?

"To be completely honest, I have been trying to wrap up my season. I have not been talking to a lot of recruiters."

When pressed about the colleges who are coming after him the hardest; Bryant had a few schools on his mind.

"Ole Miss, USC, and Oklahoma have been calling a lot. Miami has too. But, I have been so busy with my season, I have not had the chance to set up any visits."

What got him interested in Ole Miss?

"I knew Coach Kehoe when he was at Miami. I think he is one of the best OL coaches in the country. They have been recruiting me really hard, and I want to check out what they have up there."
