OM commit takes in unofficial visit

Terry Levy (WR, Butler CC, MS) - The former Kosciusko standout had a chance to take in a unofficial visit to the school he has been committed to for the past two and half years.

"I went up to Ole Miss Saturday with my uncle and father," added Terry Levy. "It was great to be around all the guys again. I got to see my cousin, Jamariey Atterberry. It was good seeing how everyone was doing. It was very encouraging."

Levy had a chance to go over some film with the offensive coaches at Ole Miss and learned something new.

"They are doing the same things we do at Butler CC, so it seems like I will fit in great."

What else did the Ole Miss staff say to Terry?

"Coaches (Frank) Wilson and (Kent) McCloud just told me that they were glad to see me and to make sure I made it up to a few of their games this year."

Did this visit confirm that he made the right decision to commit to the Rebels?

"Yes it really did. I have been wanting to get up there for a couple of years now. But really, this visit made me feel more sure of my decision than ever before. I just felt right at home. I will be there with my cousin, Jamariey Atterberry, and a lot of other players I know really good."

Terry started working on his juco degree at Butler last December and only has one goal set for next year.

"I just want to get all of my hours so I can transfer to Ole Miss in May. That is the most important thing."

One noticeable thing about Levy was his size difference since he graduated from Kosciusko.

"I have gotten a lot bigger (laugh). I am up to 6' 2", 225."

What does the added weight do to Levy's game?

"It makes a good possession receiver. I can be the one that you can count on when it is 3rd or 4th down. I have not lost my speed, so I can still take it to the house on any given play, but my added strength allows me to fight off the defenders. I think it is good weight. My body fat count has actually gone down since I was in high school, but I have added 25 pounds of muscle."
