'OM keeps up with me the most'

William Moore (WR/CB, Jackson, MS) - One of the top two way players in the state of Mississippi is gearing up for a successful senior campaign for Jackson Provine

"Practice has been going good," added William Moore. "I am still playing WR and CB. I think I worked harder in the offseason than any year before, and I am expecting it to pay off."

William has set a few personal goals for the '07 campaign.

"I want to reach the playoffs again and get to the State Championship and have some fun. It was not a lot of fun getting beat by South Panola last year in the playoffs. We made the jump from 4A to 5A so we were playing some new teams like South Panola, but we feel like we have what it takes to go all the way this year."

Moore had a chance to tune up his game this summer by attending football camps at Ole Miss and Alabama.

"Ole Miss was a good camp. There was a lot of competition out there. I had fun. The Alabama camp I felt the same way. I just enjoyed playing football and having fun during both their 7 on 7 tournaments."

William got a chance to meet the new Tide head coach and came away impressed.

"That was the first time I got a chance to talk to him in person. He was a nice guy. I got to meet a couple of their coaches, and I got a chance to see some of their campus for the first time."

Ole Miss' coaches had the fire that Moore likes.

"They are always jacked up around there. They keep you into it. I really like how jacked up they are around there."

Which colleges are staying in close contact with William?

"Alabama, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State."

Any new offers?

"No sir."

Which college is closest to offering first?

"Ole Miss. We talk a lot on the phone. They keep up with me the most. I am just going to have fun playing my senior season and make a decision after that."
